For me Mr Maga has a good heart because he shared everything that he had, especially his talent in music. He also gave food to the street children and gave all his attention to the person who needs his help. That is why many children love Maga because of his good personality and I’m proud of him :)

What a heart-warming and inspiring story of Mr. Plas! All of us are given different talents and it depends on us how we will use these God-given talents in giving thanks to HIM for bestowing these. Mr. Placido “Plas” Maga used his God-given talent(playing a guitar) not only for his personal benefit but for helping the people particularly those less fortunate – young children. I really appreciate the good deed that you’ve done. May God whose blessing is limitless will continue to shower on you an abundant blessings!

The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched – they must be felt with the heart. It is true that you can appreciate a person through this wonderful heart, like Mr. Placido Maga has shown in Ormoc to the street children who lack survival Needs. He helps a group of street children to find a better life. I’m glad that I met a person with such as generous heart. I hope you will not change being you … thank you …

People these times didn’t even care about talking or looking after street children. But as this short story is telling us, there is such person who is ready to help and give opportunities to these poor children abandoned by their parents. Ready to feed them, love and care them. You did help others, and God will be the one to return the blessings you had shared to those little angels you’d helped.. A teacher,a hero, a generous and a loving friend, that was you Mr. Placido “Plas” Maga. … I want to follow in your footsteps, with ‘HIS’ help…

As I read this article, it came to mind that not every person has this kind of heart. People nowadays don’t care about our children roaming around the streets; hungry, homeless, sometimes abused. We use our money to buy things that we don’t need. Most of us, yes “US”, can’t even donate our belongings, our used/grown shirts, our used blankets, food, water and most importantly our time. Our time to talk to them, to make them feel that they are important, to make them feel they matter too. We should do our part, and I adore people like you Mr. Placido Maga sir! You are an inspiration, urging us that we should make a change. God bless you sir!

– In the way of life you choice and your expression in serving the people by loving them especially to GOD.

–it is following a righteous way of caring, loving, and sharing to one another. To inspired people who are hopeless, that all of us reminded that god is continuing loving us even we are sinners.

– our expression in serving the people, loving the poor, sinners, visiting the sick, and the prison is showing our love to GOD.

What a beautiful story from Plas. Until now he is still visiting the Home for the street children in Ormoc City . One of the first batch of street children entered the seminary for priesthood another one is gainfully employed. What is good is that Plas had found another person a Priest, who can help the kids after graduating high school continue their studies by enrolling in a technical vocational course in a nearby town. Other kids are being taught livelihood projects in this nearby town so they can stand on their own after a few years.

Thank you very much.
