Together for Europe is an initiative of communion between Christian communities and movements, which among other activities has also organised two major international events in Stuttgart (Germany).

The first took place on 8th May 2004, just a few days after the enlargement of the European Union to ten new states. On that occasion in excess of  9,000 participants from the whole of  Europe and from over 170 communities and movements met in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle. The event, which was transmitted via satellite, was followed by another 100,000 people taking part  in 100 simultaneous meetings, in Europe and beyond.
The Movements and communities present in Stuttgart made a “pact of reciprocal love” to seal their commitment in favour of the real good of the continent.
