candles in bottleWednesday evening last (29th October) over 30 witches, pirates, ghosts, soldiers and even a tiger gathered in Naul, Co. Dublin for a Halloween Party in aid of the Paraguayan Social Project.

The event was organised by the Youth for Unity – the young people of the Focolare Movement. Hosted by Hilda, Brendan, Eimear, Elizabeth and Donal Boyle – the young people who went to Argentina and Paraguay this summer had the chance to share a little about their experience and show the short video recounting the time spent there.

People came from far and wide! From Antrim to Limerick, from Offaly to Dublin – and everywhere in between! Kiara writes: “The Halloween party was a great success!”

The evening ended with the wonderful news that the young people will gather on December 20th to do a sponsored sleep-out in Navan Shopping Centre in aid of homelessness in Ireland. See you there for what is anticipated to be a festive treat!!
