The focus this year will be on <strong>how citizen participation can help to protect and preserve the environment<\/strong>, and how this concept might inform discussions regarding legal rights and responsibilities regarding environmental protection. <strong>The themes to be discussed<\/strong>: Environmental law and the right to the environment \u2013\u00a0The relational feature of environmental law \u2013\u00a0Principles of environmental law\u2013\u00a0Publications on the protection of the environment and participation rights \u2013\u00a0Environment, the city and territory \u2013\u00a0Environmental protection and responsibility\u2013\u00a0Entrepreneurial responsibility\u2013\u00a0Environmental protection and lawfulness.
