{"id":328370,"date":"2016-06-23T03:00:39","date_gmt":"2016-06-23T01:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/earthquake-in-ecuador-two-months-later\/"},"modified":"2024-05-16T15:04:28","modified_gmt":"2024-05-16T13:04:28","slug":"earthquake-in-ecuador-two-months-later","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/en\/earthquake-in-ecuador-two-months-later\/","title":{"rendered":"Earthquake in Ecuador, Two Months Later"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Ecuador.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-139991 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/06\/Ecuador.jpg\" alt=\"Ecuador\" width=\"300\" height=\"223\" \/><\/a> Nearly two months have gone by since <strong>Ecuador was hit by a disastrous earthquake.<\/strong>  The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/en\/chi-siamo\/\">Focolare Movement<\/a> immediately began a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/en\/news\/2016\/04\/18\/emergenza-ecuador\/\">fundraising effort<\/a> to meet requests for basic necessities, and it set up a work group coordinated by the United World Association and the New Families NPO Association.
