He had committed his whole life to God and his brethren, and has been crowned with the palm of martyrdom. Fr\u00e8re Roger was a constructor of peace, and a prophet of hope and joy. \u201cGod wants us to be happy,\u201c he had written to me about two months ago, and now we think of him in the fullness of joy in the heart of the Trinity.  We are particularly close to you in this situation.
