In their quest to be a node in the worldwide network, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.focolare.org\/en\/movimento-dei-focolari\/un-popolo\/giovani-per-un-mondo-unito\/\">Youth for a United World<\/a> are committed to working alongside other associations and groups. The actions of YFUW, referred to as &#8220;fragments of fraternity&#8221;, are collected up in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.unitedworldproject.org\">United World Project<\/a>, which since 2012 has been connecting up people from all latitudes who have chosen universal brotherhood as a way of life.  <strong>The program of the meeting <\/strong>which precedes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.y4uw.org\/en\/what-we-do\/united-world-week.html\">United World Week<\/a>\u00a0(1-10 May 2017) which will kickstart with the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.primomaggioloppiano.it\/\">1st May event<\/a>  <strong>2<\/strong> <strong>days <\/strong>dedicated to meetings, reflections, learning, assimilating, envisaging a new world where <strong>peace is the universal law<\/strong>  <strong>800<\/strong> <strong>young people<\/strong> from around the world who are part of Youth for a United World;  <strong>3<\/strong> <strong>workshops<\/strong> dedicated to welcoming and integration, social commitment, peace expressed through art;  <strong>4<\/strong> <strong>forums<\/strong> focussed on: Peace and religious traditions; Economics and Politics; Education to Peace; Peace and Nature.  <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">29 April<\/span>  3.00 pm \u2013 <strong>Welcome: Peace in the world <\/strong>  5.00 \u2013 <em>Peace in our cities and nations <\/em>  6.45 \u2013 Group meetings<strong> <\/strong>  9.15 \u2013 Evening program  <strong> <\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">30 April<\/span>  9.15 am \u2013 <strong>Peace within us <\/strong>  10.45 \u2013 Dialogue  12.30 \u2013 Prayer  3.00 pm \u2013 Workshop and forum  6.45 \u2013 Group meetings  9.15 \u2013 Evening program  <strong> <strong>Partner organisations<\/strong><\/strong>: Sophia University Institute, &#8220;Non Dalla Guerra&#8221;, &#8220;Nuovi Orizzonti&#8221;, &#8220;Rondine&#8221;, Action for a United World, &#8220;Italia che cambia&#8221;, Economy of Communion, Living Peace, EcoOne, DanceLab, La Pira Centre (Florence), Moslem Youth, Assisi Group, &#8220;Barbiana&#8221;.
