Today, 14 March, marks the 10th anniversary of Chiara Lubich’s passing. We publish a short video showing her extraordinary life: from the little city of Trent, in the north of Italy, right up to “the very ends of the earth”. It illustrates her discovery of God as Love, during World War II, and the development of a spirituality of communion suited to today’s times, fruit of the gift of the charism of unity for the Church and humanity.
This book, published during the centenary year of the birth of Chiara Lubich, may be considered a treatise on the spirituality of unity as lived out in the Focolare Movement. The readers hopefully discover in the brothers and sisters of a Church that is different from theirs the face of the one Christ.
