[:it]Un atto di verità … e gli opposti si riconciliano
Venuto meno il numero legale per effettuare una delibera in sede di Consiglio comunale, la maggiornaza consiliare prosegue – contro il regolamento - in attesa che si raggiunga nuovamente il numero. E’ un vizio di forma che porta l’opposizione a interrogarsi sulla validità delle delibere votate in quella sede. L’avvocato del Comune si chiede: dire la verità, mettendomi contro la maggioranza, o tacere per non avere problemi? La scelta ricade sulla prima opzione: un atto di verità che vale come atto di amore e di fedeltà verso ciascun consigliere, l’intero Consiglio comunale e la città che esso rappresenta. Alla fine anche maggioranza e opposizione riescono a trovare un accordo inaspettato.
