The Rector of the Pontifical Lateran University (Rome) and professor of International Law, affirms that there is not and cannot be a 'just' war. Nothing can justify an armed conflict. Peace is something we must build individually and together. We must keep our hearts open to the whole world; not forget any conflict and act to make our contribution to peace at all levels.
