Aletta has left us

Vittoria Salizzoni, one of the first women focolarini, affectionately known as “Aletta”, has passed away. The Focolare Movement remembers her with much gratitude. Hers was a life lived totally for others.

Tinku Kamayu – The women of woolen threads (Argentina)

Women descendants of the original peoples Calchaquíes, draw strength from the spirituality of the Focolare to overcome the macho culture and become entrepreneurs of fabrics. “Tinku Kamayu” (together to work) restores them the dignity of women while recovering ancestral techniques.
