Monthly Focolare youth meetings in Belfast City Centre go virtual!!!

 
Every third Wednesday of the month a group of young adults meet for a "time-out" in the busy lives of being a student or worker. "We take the monthly thought on the 'Word of Life' written by the founder of the Focolare, Chiara Lubich to be inspired by the Words of the Gospel.We chat and share about our own thoughts and experiences on it," says one participant.

“It is a great boost in helping us to make a difference in the lives of people around us”, says another.

Recently the group has started to link up via Skype with Freddy in Germany who studied in Belfast for a while and came to their meetings, but has gone back home.

“It is fantastic to see that relationships remain and go even deeper across physical distances!” says Elisabeth.
The next Word of Life meeting is on Wednesday 26.3.2014 and other young people are welcome to join.
