Course Overview:
As contemporary men and women grapple with environmental concerns, Focolare’s Sophia University Institute seeks to address the root cause—the anthropological crisis. Priced at €300, the course endeavours to shift the narrative from the prevalent identification with homo faber to a more profound connection with our essential nature as homo sapiens. Participants will explore the concept of self-realization and its influence on how we perceive ourselves in relation to the natural world.
Key Objectives:
- Examine the environmental problem as a manifestation of an anthropological crisis.
- Re-evaluate the prevailing identification with homo faber over homo sapiens.
- Foster a renewed understanding of humanity’s role in the interconnected web of nature.
