The “Let Justice Flow Like Rivers” Creation Care Conference, held in Newry on 17th January 2026, brought together church leaders, community activists, educators and faith-based organisations from across Ireland for a day of prayer, listening, and shared commitment to care for creation.
The goal: to cooperate in building a more united world, inspired by Jesus’ prayer to the Father
“may they all be one” (Jn 17:21),
respecting and valuing diversity.
The Movement, which started in the Catholic Church,
includes Christians of different Churches and ecclesial communities. It collaborates with members of other religions and people of non-religious beliefs.
