To be able to guarantee security.
The Gospel also says that we must love everyone, making no distinction among people.
The handsome, the ugly, the friendly, the kind and the unkind do not exist.
In fact Jesus gave His life for all men.
Even for those who put Him on the Cross, also for the Samaritans , for those who curse Him, for those who disown Him.
This universal love wide opens our Soul and dilates our heart, making it more and more capable and attentive
also in loving as a couple and as a family, with children, among children, with relatives, etc….

Love is like a fire, that in order to keep going needs to be continuously fueled.
To love everyone is like the fire wood that fuels the fire of family love.
If in the couple or in the family we try to live this way, – always beginning again, forgiving one another, not getting discouraged
when we can’t take it anymore, trying to see that the measure of our love be the measure of Jesus’ love,
this love becomes reciprocal and can be rewarded, for what is possible on this earth, with the presence of Jesus both in the couple as in the family.
Because Jesus said:  “Where two or more are united in my name I am present in their midst”.
This presence is a source of great happiness that guarantees security.

Today we’ll go on trusting the other, in spite of everything; let’s keep hoping.
Let’s find the moment to tell each other what security as husband and wife means, and as well,
what security as parents and as children towards parents means.
And let’s try to feel and understand this security very well in order to be able to allow the other to feel it too.
