“Family Love: A Vocation and a Path to Holiness” is the theme of the Tenth World Meeting of Families promoted by the Catholic Church, to take place June 22-26, in 2022. Two married Focolarini, Marcelo Chávez and Pia Noria who coordinate the New Families Movement in part of South America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay) share their own story and the build up to this event.
The Diocese of Rome and the Dicastery for Laity, Family and Life now present the official prayer for the 10th World Meeting of Families to be held in Rome from 22 to 26 June 2022. The official hashtag is also ready: #WMOF2022.

Alice Carwardine, an Australian Catholic, began her ecological conversion during Lent 2018, by writing a list of exactly forty changes. In seeking a Gospel text to serve as inspiration for this conversion, she chose the moment when Jesus enters the temple and overturns the tables of the money changers and the chairs of the dove sellers (Mt 21:12).
The existence of struggling couples, separated couples and those in new unions is a cry for help in the world. The “New Families Movement”, a branch of the Focolare, endeavours to support these families.
