Luigi Butori is an Italian focolarino living in Ho Chi Minh City. After over 20 years in Asia, he has seen its great beauty but also dramatic situations and contrasts. The Focolare Movement accepts the invitation of Pope Francis at the end of the solemn Mass in St Peter’s Square for the opening of the second session of the General Assembly of the Synod of Bishops and joins the day of prayer and fasting to implore peace in the world on 7 October 2024.
The road taken by the Focolare Movement in ecumenical dialogue is enriched day by day with concrete actions in the care of Creation.
