Despite the variety of situations, there is an invitation to rediscover the authentic value of a stable union. Serious injustices persist, especially toward women, despite some progress.This experience emphasizes the equal dignity of man and woman and the value of reciprocity, underlining the importance of the father’s role in the upbringing of children. Despite everything, many families live in love, and difficulties become opportunities for hope and renewal.

Do you wish to make me happy?

What began as a birthday celebration became an opportunity to build bridges of solidarity and friendship across continents. Deeply touched by a visit to the Magnificat project in Nairobi, Erica decided to turn her 50th birthday into a meaningful act of sharing, inviting friends and family to support children and families living in one of Kenya’s largest informal settlements. Her story is a powerful reminder that even simple gestures can generate hope, strengthen human connections, and inspire a culture of fraternity.
