A Mumbai, in India, gli eventi in programma approfondiranno il contributo del carisma dell’unità al dialogo tra le religioni: un viaggio che prenderà le mosse dalle visite di Chiara Lubich in India nel 2001 e nel 2003, e arriverà fino ai giorni nostri. Mentre ad Avellaneda, in Argentina, si approfondirà lo stesso carisma in dialogo con la cultura contemporanea. Facciamo un salto in Tanzania, dove all’università cattolica di Iringa saranno i giovani i protagonisti nel ricordare il rapporto speciale che li ha sempre legati alla fondatrice dei Focolari. E si potrebbe continuare ancora, e raccontare come tanti pezzi di un mosaico, le celebrazioni di vario tipo che in tutto il mondo si stanno preparando per ricordare Chiara Lubich (22 Gennaio 1920 – 14 Marzo 2008) a cinque anni dalla sua morte. Convegni culturali, iniziative di promozione sociale, celebrazioni eucaristiche, momenti artistici; in tutti e cinque i continenti sono centinaia gli eventi in programma per ricordare la figura carismatica di Chiara e approfondirne il pensiero. Di particolare rilievo è il convegno internazionale che si terrà a Roma, dal titolo “Chiara Lubich. Carisma, Storia, Cultura”. Avrà luogo il 14 Marzo nell’Aula Magna del Rettorato dell’Università La Sapienza, e il 15 Marzo all’auditorium del Centro Mariapoli di Castel Gandolfo.
Quest’anno la ricorrenza della morte di Chiara Lubich cade in un momento storico particolare per la Chiesa, impegnata nell’importante compito della scelta del successore di Benedetto XVI. Una consapevolezza che è ben presente in tutti i membri del Movimento, che coglieranno queste circostanze come occasione per testimoniare ancora di più la vitalità e la fecondità dell’Ideale dell’Unità per ogni ambiente dell’operare umano, in ogni punto dei cinque continenti: un tesoro da offrire e mettere a disposizione di tutta la Chiesa, ora forse in modo ancora più deciso, dando attualità all’augurio che proprio due papi, Giovanni Paolo II prima e Benedetto XVI poi, hanno fatto al Movimento: quello di contribuire a far sì che “la Chiesa sia sempre più casa e scuola di comunione”.
Ecco allora gli eventi, di carattere tipicamente ecumenico, previsti a Ginevra, in Svizzera, promossi in collaborazione con il Centro Ecumenico della città, e a Oslo, in Norvegia, che vedranno la partecipazione di rappresentanti di varie chiese cristiane, riuniti proprio nello spirito della comunione. E per continuare, ecco il convegno che si è svolto il 23 Febbraio scorso a San Antonio, in Texas (USA) centrato proprio sulla spiritualità di comunione come risorsa per la Chiesa.
E poi in Thailandia, in Corea, a Melbourne in Australia, e in tutta Europa: occasioni uniche per dire “grazie” a una testimone, riconosciuta tra le figure di riferimento del XX secolo, che ha aperto vie di dialogo inesplorate per la convivenza tra persone e popoli di cultura e religioni diverse, per la promozione della pace e della fraternità universale. Organizzato dall’ateneo internazionale Sophia insieme ad altre 8 Università d’Europa, il Seminario internazionale “La fraternità come principio relazionale politico e giuridico”, si svolge dall’11 al 13 marzo a Loppiano. Sono presenti 61 relatori di cui: 25 professori e ricercatori dal Brasile, 6 dall’Argentina, oltre ad una qualificata rappresentanza dall’Africa. L’interesse accademico per il tema della fraternità, intesa non come relazione parentale o come legame interno ad una comunità, ma come principio di pensiero e di azione nello spazio pubblico, è cresciuto grandemente negli ultimi anni a livello internazionale, come testimoniano le numerose recenti pubblicazioni che se ne occupano. Anche se non si tratta di una scoperta recente: ha una lunga storia, la fraternità, ed è una storia plurale, poiché appartiene alle civiltà sorte in tutti i continenti, che ha lasciato tracce importanti e diverse nelle culture attuali. Momenti di fraternità, per esempio, hanno caratterizzato recenti punti di svolta storica importanti (si pensi alle Filippine del post Marcos, al processo di pace in Mozambico, oppure al Sud Africa del post Apartheid), ma fino a pochi anni fa mancava la consapevolezza di questa presenza: non si comprendeva appieno il suo ruolo storico, sociale e culturale. La situazione attualmente è un po’ cambiata grazie al progressivo interesse che il concetto di fraternità ha ottenuto in ambito accademico, attraverso la pubblicazione di lavori di rilievo e di congressi scientifici, come questo seminario che se ne occupa, mettendo in relazione la fraternità con diversi temi che vanno dalla democrazia – in particolare quella intelligente e partecipativa -, alle relazioni internazionali, dal diritto alla filosofia, dall’educazione alle grandi culture tradizionali. Il Seminario internazionale “La fraternità come principio relazionale politico e giuridico” costituisce una occasione di incontro e di approfondimento prima di tutto per gli studiosi che già hanno affrontato l’importante tema, ma anche per gli studenti ed il pubblico interessato che può liberamente assistere ai lavori. Welcome to Wikiversity! Wikiversity is for learning. It is a place where you’ll find free learning materials and learning projects. Everyone can participate. There is no cost, no advertising, and no credentials are required. No degrees are awarded �_� just learning. Everyone can create and revise teaching materials. Anyone can participate in the learning activities. Everyone can take a course. Everyone can teach a course. There are no entrance requirements and no fees. All content in Wikiversity is written collaboratively, using wiki software, and everyone is welcome to take part through using, adding and discussing content. Feel free to dive in, and create or amend any page you think warrants improvement! Be bold! You don’t even need to create an account to contribute.
